Program Overview

The Multifamily program helps owners and managers of buildings with three or more units cut energy costs across both common areas and individual units. It pairs a free property assessment and a customized efficiency plan with incentives on qualifying equipment. OM HVAC handles the full mechanical scope, from assessment through installation and verification.
