Program Overview

Direct Install makes energy efficiency simple for small and midsize commercial and industrial customers. After a free on site assessment, your utility covers a major share of the cost to replace inefficient HVAC, motors, lighting, and refrigeration, and the remaining balance can be repaid interest free on your utility bill. As your participating contractor, OM HVAC performs both the assessment and the installation.

Eligibility Criteria

Average annual peak demand under 300 kW, or under 40,000 therms
Existing HVAC equipment more than 7 years old
Located in a participating NJ utility territory

Proposal showing measures, costs, incentives, and your net cost

OM HVAC installs all approved equipment

Repay the balance interest-free on your utility bill over up to 60 months
